Dr. Phillip Goodney is a vascular surgeon and health services researcher at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He is also director at the Center for the Evaluation of Surgical Care for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and co-director of the VA Outcomes Group at White River Junction VA.
